Development and Deployment of an Interactive Educational Software Platform for Smart TVs
Project Details
In an ambitious move to redefine educational delivery in Nigeria, we collaborated with Macadoff to create a revolutionary platform. This initiative aimed to bring interactive educational content directly into classrooms through smart TVs, leveraging a sophisticated local software server platform and a user-friendly Android Progressive Web App (PWA). The key services provided include the development of an innovative local software server platform, facilitating the distribution of interactive educational content across school classrooms in Nigeria, fostering an engaging learning environment. Additionally, a Progressive Web App for Android was created to simplify access and interaction with educational content on smart TVs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. To sustainably support this initiative, a subscription-based licensing system was implemented, allowing schools continuous access to a vast library of educational content while utilizing modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 5, w3.css, JQuery, JavaScript for UI/UX, and PHP with MariaDB for the backend infrastructure, ensuring reliability and speed in serving interactive content. he Interactive Smart TV Schools project with Macadoff marks a significant milestone in the use of technology within the educational sector in Nigeria. By harnessing the power of smart TVs and creating a dedicated platform for interactive learning, we have opened new avenues for educational engagement and accessibility. This project not only supports the digital transformation of classrooms but also sets the stage for future innovations in educational technology.
