Project Details

In a landmark project spanning 2 years, our team was tasked with modernizing the judicial process for our client a judicial service provider through the design and implementation of the E Court system—a comprehensive suite of software and hardware solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of court proceedings. The key deliverables include an automated video management system for courtrooms, utilizing microphone level analysis to seamlessly switch camera views during trials for optimal coverage. Additionally, our team established robust WiFi connectivity and hotspot functionality using an esp32 micro-controller, enabling seamless wireless communication between hardware devices and court computer systems. The software suite features advanced recording capabilities, annotations, and cataloging systems for efficient documentation and retrieval of court proceedings, alongside bespoke iOS and Android applications for judges, providing offline access to case materials and automated data syncing mechanisms triggered by judges' presence in the courtroom. Finally, comprehensive on-site and off-site backup solutions ensure data integrity through full and differential backups, mitigating the risk of data loss. Our technical approach encompassed a diverse array of technologies, spanning PHP, C++, Java, JavaScript, and more, supported by robust hardware infrastructure including esp32 WiFi development boards and Arduino Mega development boards. The E Court project demonstrates our capability to innovate and implement sophisticated technological solutions in critical sectors, streamlining judicial processes and enhancing accessibility and reliability in legal proceedings, thereby setting a new benchmark for future judicial systems.
